The present petition has been preferred for grant of the following relief(s):- "(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing of order dated 03.03.2016 passed by Hon'ble Bihar Land Tribunal (hereinafter referred as "Tribunal") in BLT case No. 75 of 2015 whereby the learned Tribunal has

Patna High Court CWJC No.14182 of 2016(4) dt.29-07-2025 2/2 dismissed the case of petitioner by affirming the order dated 12.03.2010 passed by Learned Additional Collector, Kaimur in Mutation Revision No. 63 of 2005-06/61 of 2008-09.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction in the nature of mandamus directing the private respondents to not to interfere in the peaceful possession of the petitioner over the land in question.

(iii) For grant of any relief(s) the petitioner would be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be contesting the Title Suit No. 541 of 2012 pending before the competent Civil Court so that the matter is finally taken to its logical conclusion.

4. Granting said liberty, the writ petition is disposed of.
