The petitioners are in custody in connection with Bairgania P.S. Case No.52 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 07.03.2019.
