JUSTICE CHANDRA SHEKHAR JHA ORAL ORDER 27-09-2022 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that a mentioning slip was filed on 08.08.2022 and under impression that same would be taken on board on same day, and as such it was communicated to learned counsel dealing with the matter before the Trial Court, accordingly. However, withdrawal petition was not taken on board on 08.08.2022 but bail petition before the Trial Court was filed on same hearing day by stating on affidavit that no bail matter is pending before the High Court.

An unconditional apology was filed by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner on oath. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant submitted that filing of bail petition before the Trial Court,

In view of above, considering the submission advanced by the parties and as petitioner seeks unconditional apology, no further order is required in this matter, the present bail petition is being disposed of, accordingly.
