2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 8/20(a) (I) of the NDPS Act, 1985 registered in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 111 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated on the accusation that 4, 3 and 3 ganja plants respectively, were found growing in the respective courtyards of the petitioners. It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. There is no FSL report on record to support the accusation. The petitioners

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
