2. The present Writ Petition has been for quashing of the order dated 30.11.2012 passed by Additional Collector, Aurangabad in Demand Appeal No.43 of 2009-10.

3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection that said appeal has been entertained under the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011 (Bihar Act 23 of 2011) and there is a

Patna High Court CWJC No.16444 of 2015(2) dt.25-08-2023 2/2 specific statutory remedy available under the said statute to file revision before the Revisional Authority.

4. In this view of the matter, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off with direction to the petitioner to avail the statutory remedy of revision under the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011 (Bihar Act 23 of 2011).

5. The delay, if any, in filing the revision is hereby condoned.
