It is informed by Mrs. Punam Kumari Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Union of India that the prescribed age for recruitment to the post of CT/GD in BSF, SSB, CRPF and CISF at the relevant time as per the advertisement was 18 to 23 years. The petitioner was found under age by 15 days. The petitioner don't deserve any relief as prayed for in the present writ petition.
