For the issuance of a rule in the nature of writ of Mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to appoint the petitioner in suitable police force in as much as the Petitioner had duly qualified the Physical, written and Medical Test conducted for the recruitment process of

Patna High Court CWJC No.17034 of 2015(2) dt.01-09-2023 2/2 Constable GD-2012 and had secured more than cut off marks for candidates belonging to other backward class (For Short-O.B.C.) and candidates belonging to the same category who have secured lesser marks than the petitioner have been appointed but the petitioner has been met with hostile discrimination for the reasons best known to the respondent authorities."

Considering the nature of relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the Respondent authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. 3.
