The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
Minor daughter of the informant is said to have been kidnapped by the petitioner in association of his family members.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. Petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. Victim happens to be major. The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.PC. has candidly stated that she had performed marriage
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28687 of 2019(3) dt.05-08-2019 2/2 with the petitioner out of her sweet will and left for Delhi. Both the parties have entered into compromise. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-II, Patna City in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 279 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
