JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 03-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the L N Mithila University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University').

2. The petitioner has moved the Court alleging wilful disobedience of order dated 06.05.2016 passed in CWJC No. 13736 of 2014.

3. Show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party no. 3.

4. From the pleadings and materials brought on record, especially copy of order dated 10.08.2019 passed by the Registrar

Patna High Court MJC No.3133 of 2016 dt.03-09-2019 2/2 of the University, the Court finds that the writ Court's order has been complied with.

5. It was submitted that the heir of the writ petitioner, who is said to have died, was present during the hearing before the Registrar before passing of the order on 10.08.2019. It has also been mentioned in the order that the heir expressed his satisfaction with the calculation and payment.

6. Further, copy of the said show cause was served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 23.08.2019 but no rejoinder has been filed.

7. In view thereof, nothing remains and accordingly, the application stands disposed off.
