Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 88 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 418, 420, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity. The allegations levelled are general and omnibus in nature. The present complaint case has been filed after four years of the alleged occurrence without there being any plausible explanation for the delay. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.28063 of 2019(2) dt.29-04-2019 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia, in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 88 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
