Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Babubarhi P.S. Case No. 263 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties as is evident from Annexure-2 due to admitted land dispute between them. Moreover, the injuries sustained have been found to be simple in nature. Petitioners are men of clean antecedent.

Case No. 263 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
