On the last occasion, none had appeared for the petitioners.

The contempt application has been filed alleging noncompliance of the order dated 15.7.1989 passed in C.W.J.C. No.5558 of 1989, which was disposed of with a direction to respondent No.9, the Sub-divisional Officer, Hajipur to dispose of the representation of the petitioners.

In the show cause filed on behalf of opposite party No.2, it is stated that by order dated 13.1.2006, the Sub-divisional Officer has disposed of the representation of the petitioners. In the aforesaid circumstances, the contempt application is dismissed as not pressed.
