In the present case, the petitioner has made a prayer for direction for disposal of the application relating to modification of the lease deed which is pending before the Chief General Manager, Bihar Telecom Circle, Patna.

The lease deed has been entered into between the parties after knowing the terms and conditions and this Court cannot give a direction for alteration of terms of the lease deed. It is only between the parties and they, if so like, may only change the condition of the lease deed but, the question of interference of the Court with regard to changing the condition does not arise.

Patna High Court CWJC No.10231 of 2015 dt.19-06-2017 As the petitioner has filed an application before the Chief General Manager, Bihar Telecom Circle, Patna for modification of the lease deed, let the petitioner should pursue the remedy before him and the aforesaid Authority will consider the same and will take a decision in accordance with law.

With the aforementioned observation, this application is disposed of.
