JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-11-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.(i) For issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the respondent authorities to sanction the A.C.P./M.A.C.P. and for payment of the difference of salary as well as arrears of salary.

(ii) For issuance of writ of Mandamus directing for payment all retirement benefits to the petitioner as detailed in Para 15 of the present

At the outset, the learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the entire benefits of arrears of salary/ACP/MACP has been paid to the petitioner herein. Nonetheless, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to agitate his grievances regarding non-payment of the C.P.F. amount, before the respondents. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
