2. On perusal of the supplementary show-cause reply, filed on behalf of the Registrar, Jai Prakash University, Chapra, it appears that this Court's order, dated 04.12.2014, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 19145 of 2011, has been complied with. The difference of pensionary benefits has also been paid.

3. Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, has, however, raised grievance that the College had recommended payment of a sum of Rs. 14,00,000/- and odds against difference of retiral benefits. However, the petitioner has been held to be entitled for only a sum of Rs. 3,00,000/- and odds. He submits that slashing down the amount by revising the pay-scale is unreasonable.

4. Since the order of this Court, dated 04.12.2014,

Patna High Court MJC No.3113 of 2015 dt.25-01-2017 3/3 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 19145 of 2011, has substantially been complied, I do not intend to proceed any further in the matter. However, it goes without saying that the petitioner shall be at liberty to question reduction of pay-scale and less payment of difference amount of pensionary benefits in appropriate proceeding.
