2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered under Sections 191(2), 190, 126 (2), 115 (2), 118 (1), 109, 117(2), 74, 352, 351(2) of the B.N.S.
3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that the F.I.R. named accused persons including petitioners armed with deadly weapons came at the door of informant and started abusing her. Co-accused Laltoo Singh assaulted her with sword on her head while co-accused Deobrat Singh is alleged to have assaulted her with a rod and when Bigni Devi came to save her, co-accused
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31048 of 2026(2) dt.07-05-2026 2/3 Saryug assaulted her with sword.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. No specific allegation of any overt act is made against the petitioners. Petitioners are stated to be the members of the mob. There is case and counter case for the same incident in which both sides sustained injuries. There is a delay of two days in lodging the F.I.R. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by coordinate benches of this Court vide orders dated 29.08.2025 and 26.02.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No.58464 of 2025 and Cr. Misc. No.73867 of 2025. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they undertake to cooperate in the investigation and the trial.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions of learned counsel for the parties and the facts that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail and petitioners have no criminal antecedent, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31048 of 2026(2) dt.07-05-2026 3/3 furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.746 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
