In view of the provision as contained in Bihar Anudanit Shikshan Sansthan Pradhikar Niyamawali, 2015, the remedy of appeal is available to the petitioner in relation to the affairs of the Managing Committee of the school and colleges affiliated to Bihar School Examination Board, the present application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Pradhikar within a period of one month from today along with a copy of this order and the Pradhikar shall dispose of the appeal in accordance with law preferably within a period of four months from the date of filing of appeal.
