Regard being had to the nature of allegation and the fact the case arises out of a complaint, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jumui in Complaint Case No. 1565 C of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today.
