The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar P. S. Case No. 771 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 308, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner is brother of the informant and the injuries sustained by the injured were all found simple in nature, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in
