In view of categorical statement made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the Respondent - Biharsharif Municipal Corporation that the salary of the petitioner has already been revised as per 5th pay revision and a sum of Rs. 12,679/- has been sanctioned and bill amount has already been cleared by the treasury vide cheque issued on 16.5.2016, a copy of the cheque is appended as Annexure A and so far the payment of pension as per 5th and 6th pay revision is concerned, it is contended that the same is being calculated on the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17180 of 2015 dt.19-05-2016 2/2 basis of entitlement of the petitioner and after necessary verification the same would be paid within a period of thirty days, the grievance of the petitioner would stand redressed.

Accordingly, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the Biharsharif Municipal Corporation to make necessary calculation and ensure payment of pension etc. in view of 5th and 6th pay revision as per statement made in paragraph 8 of the counter affidavit within two months.
