====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 380, 427, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted with a wood stick at the head of the husband of the informant. The case diary has been received without any injury report. Learned counsel for the informant has produced a prescription of treatment of the husband of the informant which does not reveal that any serious injury was there on the head of the husband of the informant. There is case and counter case. Both sides have sustained injuries. Petitioner is in custody since 01.07.2020. Investigation of the case against the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29587 of 2020(3) dt.12-01-2021 2/2 is already complete.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Lalganj Police Station Case No. 182 of 2020, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned trial court.
