2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 203 of 2023 (G.R. No. 1606 of 2023) registered under Section 384 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner was seen in video firing in air to create terror in society and extort money.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case merely on suspicion. Further submission is that neither any person has claimed that he has been extorted by the petitioner nor any person has claimed that

5. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 203 of 2023 (G.R. No. 1606 of 2023), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
