For directing / commanding the respondents to pay the arrears of difference of salary to the petitioner from August, 2004 to June, 2012 with all benefits including pay revision."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate / Superintendent of Police, Nalanda at Biharshariff for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is

It is needless to state that in case, the petitioner approaches the District Magistrate / Superintendent of Police, Nalanda at Biharshariff, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
