JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-11-2019 The petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 19.07.2017 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 121 of 2014, whereby cognizance has been taken under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 448 and 507 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B), 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.
Mr. Rahul Kumar Singh, learned advocate for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioners to raise all the grounds urged here before the court below at the stage of discharge, if such a petition has not already filed and disposed of.
