The writ petition has been filed for quashing order dated 30.1.1999, passed by the Joint Director of Consolidation, Muzaffarpur (respondent no.2) by which orders passed by Deputy Director of Consolidation, Samastipur and Chakbandi Officer, Bidupur, Samastipur (respondents no. 3 and 4) were set aside. Lands of CS Khata nos. 901,902 and 915 situated in village Desari Police Station and Anchal Bibhutipur, district Samastipur is the subject matter of the dispute. Status quo on the lands in dispute as existing on that day had been granted on 7.4.1999 and notices were issued to concerned respondents. Further the writ petition was admitted for hearing on 8.2.2000.

As no one appears for the petitioners, the writ petition

Patna High Court CWJC No.3061 of 1999 (8) dt.02-07-2015 2/2 is dismissed for non prosecution.
