Learned counsel for the State is present.

An election dispute is sought to be raised by way of a writ petition. It is the allegation of the petitioner that voters were not permitted to enter the booth which has resulted in the election of the private respondent.

In substance the election of the private respondent is sought to be questioned. The remedy for the petitioner lies elsewhere and not by way of the writ petition which is disposed of accordingly. Bibhash/- (Jyoti Saran, J) U
