JUSTICE BIBEK CHAUDHURI ORAL ORDER 25-09-2024 It is found from the record submitted by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Darbhanga dated 15th of May, 2024 that Singhwara P.S. Case No. 144 of 2017 is pending for trial and the Trial No. is 2269 of 2024.

2. It is also stated that in the said case, the parties have filed a compromise petition, and the said application is pending at the stage of adducing evidence of the informant.

3. In view of such circumstances, the instant application under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. is not maintainable.

4. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate step in the Trial Court to pursue the compromise petition filed, jointly, by both the petitioner and the informant.

5. With the above order, the instant Cr. Misc. Case
