The petitioner is in custody since 28.03.2022 in connection with Excise Case No.376 of 2020 arising out of Arwal P.S. Case No.111 of 2020 registered for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. There is recovery of 2400 litres of fermented Mahua, Gurh and mixture of water from the place of occurrence. Considering the fact that the petitioner has one antecedent of similar nature and he is in custody since 28.03.2022, he shall be released on bail, after framing of charge or on completion one year in custody whichever is later, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

The petitioner will visit Arwal Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
