Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Govinidpur P.S.Caase No.13 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 308, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioner no.1 assaulted the informant by rod causing fracture injury on his hand and thereafter both the petitioners assaulted on Mahendra Yadav causing injury on his hand.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the reason behind lodging of the case is that the Gotani of the informant is residing with the petitioner no.1 that is not

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31180 of 2019(3) dt.22-07-2019 2/2 acceptable by the informant and due to that this case has been lodged and moreover the injuries are on the hand that is not vital part of the body.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Nawada in connection with Govindpur P.S.Case No.13/2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
