The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sangrampur P.S. Case No.153 of 2016 registered under Section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is a land dispute between the parties and the petitioner is a member of the same family. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail by contending that there is specific allegation that the petitioner gave gadasa blow on the head of the informant due to which he sustained injury and the injury report also corroborates the same. Therefore, the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory
