2. The petitioner who apprehends arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 267 of 2024 lodged on 27.03.2024, for the offences punishable under sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 337, 448, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution, the F.I.R. has been lodged against eight accused persons, including the petitioner. It is alleged that all the accused persons jointly assaulted the informant, resulting in injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30392 of 2025(2) dt.15-05-2025 2/3 allegations levelled against the petitioner are general and omnibus in nature, with no specific act or overt-act attributed to him. The injury report, which is enclosed herewith, indicates that the injuries were caused by a hard and blunt object; however, the medical opinion regarding the nature of the injury has been kept reserved. It is further submitted that the present case arises out of a dispute in which both parties have lodged F.I.Rs. regarding the same incident, date, and place of occurrence. While the informant's side has filed the present case being Muffasil P.S. Case No. 267 of 2024, the petitioner's side has also filed Muffasil P.S. Case No. 319 of 2024. Injuries were sustained by individuals on both sides, and the petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Trial Court within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of ₹30000/- (thirty thousand) as mentioned in Section 2(1) (d) of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Gaya, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 267 of 2024, subject to
