Admitted position is that the petitioner has already been selected in view of the revised result and, as such, relief, claimed in the instant writ petition, has become infructuous. Petitioner's counsel submits that some issues of promotion have arisen on account of his appointment. Since the said issue is not part of the instant proceedings, petitioner would be at liberty to avail remedy in accordance with law.
Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
