2. Show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite parties no. 1, 2 and 3 in which categorical stand is that payments have been made in terms of the order of the Court dated 26.02.2010 passed in CWJC No. 3531 of 2010.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though an averment has been made on oath but actual payment may not have been credited into the account of the petitioner since the order itself is of 12th July, 2019 and the intervening two days were Bank holidays.

4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the Court finds that the order of the Writ Court has been complied with and accordingly, the application stands disposed off.

5. However, the University authorities shall ensure that the actual payment is also credited into the account of the petitioner, if already not done, within ten days from today, failing which the petitioner shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the present application.
