2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 103(1), 61(2) of B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Informant suspects that due to old dispute, F.I.R. named accused persons committed murder of her husband.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and name of petitioner transpired during course of investigation. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 18.02.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 314 of 2024.
