1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, keeping in view the nature of dispute, the matter may be referred to the District Appellate Authority in terms of the Rule 13 (vii) of the Bihar State Eductional Institution Teachers and Employees (Grievance Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020.
