Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Samastipur Town P.S. Case No. 313 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity. The present complaint has been lodged after 5 months of the alleged occurrence without there being any plausible explanation for the delay. The dispute involved is purely civil in nature. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 313 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
