The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death due to non fulfillment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and she has not committed any offence as alleged in the FIR. It is also submitted that the petitioner is an old lady aged about 70 years and she is living separately from the house of the deceased. She has no concern with the day-to-day affairs of

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa in connection with Tharthari P.S. Case No. 148 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
