Learned counsel for the appellant has not filed deficit court fee of Rs. 11,858/- as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter on 05.11.2015. Lawazima Board vide order dated 29.11.2015 has granted 8 weeks final time to file the deficit court fee but that has not been complied with. Today also no one is present on behalf of the appellant. It reveals that the appellant has lost interest in this appeal, resulting deficit court fee is not being filed. Under the circumstances, this appeal is dismissed in default.
