SINHA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-10-2015 In compliance of the order of the High Court Collector, Buxar is present and states that in compliance of the order passed by his predecessor in office dated 04.05.2012 possession of the petitioner has been restored over plot nos. 456, 681, 990 and the same has also been filled with soil but the soil filling work has not been done up to road level so as to ensure that the rain water from the road flows into the adjoining plots. Any report of the Executive Engineer
Patna High Court MJC No.705 of 2015 dt.16-10-2015 2/2 or Amin or any other functionary submitted contrary to the order dated 04.05.2012 should be withdrawn forthwith as petitioner must have the possession of the three plots in the light of the order dated 04.05.2012.
With the observation aforesaid, the contempt petition is disposed of.
