For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Umesh Chandra Verma For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Smt Sangeeta Sharma ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-01-2018 Heard the parties.
Earlier the petitioner was granted provisional bail on the ground that he will deposit Rs.18,94,521.87. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has deposited the whole amount but the provisional bail of the petitioner has not been confirmed up-till-now as No Objection Certificate has not been issued by the Bank, as such he has moved before this Court for direction to the UCO Bank. I have failed to understand as to why for such a matter, the petitioner has moved before this Court rather he may move before the learned trial court itself for such purpose, who may pass any order in accordance with law.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58 of 2018 (2) dt.03-01-2018 2/2 With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
