JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-01-2017 The petitioner had approached this court in the year 1999 by filing the present petition against the order contained in Memo No. 7430 dated 8.12.1999 whereby the Deputy Inspector General (Human Rights), Bihar had rejected the representation filed by the petitioner against his transfer . Learned AC to AAG No. 9 submits that by efflux of time it appears that the writ petition has become infructuous. Be that as it may, I have perused the materials available on record. I do not find any ground to interfere with the matter. The writ petition stands dismissed.
