2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file a separate application before the Labour Tribunal for consideration of the grievance of the petitioner and interim

Patna High Court CWJC No.20128 of 2012(9) dt.27-06-2024 2/2 relief relating to the pecuniary benefits for his sustainability.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner may approach the Tribunal for redressal of his grievance by filing a separate application. The Tribunal may consider the same in accordance with law.
