Patna High Court MJC No.3306 of 1999 (2) dt.23-03-2017 2/2 Learned AC to GP No. 3 submits that after such a long time the prayer for modification of the order may be rejected. The court is of the opinion that after such a long delay, there is no reason to entertain the petition. The petition stands dismissed.
