No. 8903 of 2010 has been complied, with the passing of an order on the representation filed by the petitioners. By the said order, the claim of the petitioners has been rejected.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the order passed in compliance of this Court's order dated 01.08.2014 is cryptic and that the petitioners may be given liberty

Patna High Court MJC No.1706 of 2015 (3) dt.20-07-2016 2/2 to challenge the validity of the said order in an appropriate proceeding.

It goes without saying that the petitioners can take steps for questioning the validity of the said order in appropriate proceeding.
