In view of the order dated 24.06.2015 passed by the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, as contained in Annexure-A to the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party nos.2 to 4, this Court is satisfied that no case for initiating proceeding of contempt is made out. Accordingly, the present MJC application stands dismissed.

However, the petitioner, if so advised, shall be at liberty to challenge the validity and correctness of the aforesaid
