2. The instance application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Bhangaha P.S. Case No. 45 of 2020 instituted for the offence u/s 20/22/23/24/27 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was twice rejected by order dated 4.1.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31533 of 2021 and order dt. 11.12.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 58008 of 2022. Lastly, it was directed to trial court to conclude the trial within four months.

4. In pursuance to the direction of this Court, a report

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34406 of 2024(3) dt.25-06-2024 2/2 dt. 20.5.2024 with regard to the present stage of trial has been received by which it appears that the prosecution evidence has been concluded and the case is fixed for recording the statement u/s 313 of Cr.P.C. It also shows that the trial is likely to be concluded within three months.

5. No fresh ground is made for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner, as such, his prayer is rejected.

6. Accordingly, this application stands disposed off.

7. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial at the earliest.
