JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 31-01-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

In the present application the prayer has been for modification of the order, dated 10.10.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45914 of 2017 whereby this Court had granted bail to the petitioner, but, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in stead of going to the Court of the Special Judge, Tirhut Area, North Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited, Muzaffarpur, the order has gone to West Champaran at Bettiah, on this reason the petitioner failed to take proper step for surrendering before the Court below.

Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, the order, dated 10.10.2017, is modified and the period of surrender is extended for further three weeks from today and this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3682 of 2018 (2) dt.31-01-2018 2/2 order be communicated to the Presiding Officer, Muzaffarpur. Accordingly, the order, dated 10.10.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45914 of 2017 is modified to the extent indicated above.
