2. This writ application has been filed for quashing Letter No. 682 Sheikhpura dated 20.04.2023 issued by District Programme Officer, Establishment, Sheikhpura (Respondent No. 2) whereby petitioner was terminated from the service of untrained teacher in the Primary Girls School, Teus, Barbigha.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ application may be disposed of in the light of observation made by co-ordinate Bench of this court in judgment/ order dated 19.10.2022 passed in CWJC No. 16214/2019 (Ataur Rahman Vs. State of Bihar & Ors).

In view of the limited prayer, this writ petition is disposed of in the light of observation made by co-ordinate Bench of this court in judgment/ order dated 19.10.2022 passed in CWJC No. 16214/2019 (Ataur Rahman Vs. State of Bihar & Ors) with direction to the petitioner to file representation before the appropriate authority within a period of six weeks along with copy of the aforesaid judgment/order and other relevant documents.

5. If such representation is filed by the petitioner within the stipulated time, authority concerned shall examine the case of petitioner and if the same is found similar to that of the petitioners of CWJC No. 16214/2019, similar benefit shall be granted to the petitioner, after hearing the parties, in accordance with law.

6. This writ application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
