In view of the averments made in the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no.4 and particularly in view of the order dated 16.10.2015 passed by the Director General of Police (Headquarter), Bihar, Patna, as contained in Annexure-A to the aforesaid show cause, this Court is satisfied that the order of the Writ Court has been complied with and no case for initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties herein is made out.

In above view of the matter, the present MJC application is dismissed.

However, the petitioner, if so advised, shall be at

Patna High Court MJC No.2063 of 2015 (2) dt.09-11-2016 liberty to assail the validity and correctness of the aforesaid order dated 16.10.2015 passed by the Director General of Police (Headquarter), Bihar, Patna (Annexure-A) in an appropriate proceeding before an appropriate forum/court.
