No. 9968 of 1999 has not been complied with, this application has been filed for initiating action for contempt. Counter affidavit has been filed by the respondent No. 3 and it is indicated in para 6, 7 and 8 that action has been taken and the amounts payable have been paid to the petitioner. However,

Keeping in view the detailed show cause filed by the respondents and the action taken, now it is not appropriate to proceed further in the matter after such a long period of time. The matter stands disposed of. In case, any grievance still subsists to the petitioner in the manner with regard to the settlement of the claim, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to claim the same, in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid, the application stands disposed of.
